Christian Siriano managed to find time to make Meghan Trainor's Grammys outfit while finalizing his New York Fashion Week show plans.
The designer is a favorite among the A-list, and normally dresses multiple stars for red carpet events. However, two of the biggest dates in the showbiz calendar, the Grammys and BAFTAs, both held on Sunday (10Feb19), clashed with his Fashion Week show, which took place on Saturday.
Siriano was undeterred though, and as well as presenting a glamorous and futuristic fall/ winter 19 line, he also created a daringly low-cut white jumpsuit for Meghan to wear to the music awards.
"The amazing #meghantrainor in a custom Siriano crystal jumpsuit tonight at the #Grammys! #chic Yes even during #fashionweek we made this!" Siriano captioned a snap of Meghan on Instagram.
Former model and activewear designer Tatiana Korsakova also opted for Siriano in London, donning a pink and white floor-length gown, reminiscent of old Hollywood, to the BAFTAs.
The former Project Runway champion's New York Fashion Week show was just as starry an affair, with Debra Messing, Christina Hendricks, Danielle Brooks, Christina Ricci, and Tess Holliday all occupying seats on the front row.
As for the runway itself, Ashley Graham stole the show in a mesh gown covered in crystals with a matching silver cap, while Chanel Iman also wowed in a purple frothy design, typical of the fashion house.
And during the show, held at the Top of the Rock observation deck at Rockefeller Plaza, Siriano unveiled a new app which allowed the audience to vote on the looks they liked the most.
