The One Direction star lost his mum Johannah Deakin, 43, in the early hours of Wednesday morning (07Dec16) following a battle with a "very aggressive" form of leukaemia.
Her passing was announced on Friday, and Louis’ celebrity pals quickly took to social media to offer their condolences, including Zayn, who tweeted, "@Louis_Tomlinson love you bro! All of your family is in my prayers. proud of your strength and know your mum is too x"

Johannah's husband Daniel Deakin released a lengthy statement to The Sun newspaper announcing the news, in which he described her as “incredibly selfless, she would always look to put other people before herself. She desired nothing more than for everyone around her to be happy and loving.
“I thoroughly loved walking through life with her, and though five years was far too short a time, during that time we had so many lifetimes worth of happiness, adventures, and memories."
Johannah, who had been hospitalized since May (16), married Daniel in 2014. She has six other children: daughter Lottie, 18, Felicite, 16, and two sets of twins, Phoebe and Daisy, 12, and Ernest and Doris, two, and was grandmother to Louis' 10-month-old son Freddie.
According to reports, Louis was preparing to launch his solo career with a surprise performance during the final of Britain's The X Factor over the weekend (10-11Dec16) and he will keep the commitment per his mother's wishes.
